Hold on. Dusty and S!Blue are both in the wrong. Dusty shouldn’t have been a brat to S!Blue and S!Blue should’ve never took Dusty for granted. Now hug and make up. Move on..
They already did but blue kept trying to get with him, Dusty was annoyed and kinda scared so he kept acting like that to push him away. Dusty can’t move on from it because it gives him bad memories like you saw before.
