Possums are not prone to carry major diseases like other rodents. So it’s unlikely he’s going to get rabies or something. Lil guy just needs a bath and Boom! Perfect pet.

*correction, like racoons, they require a lot of attention to be tame and not be agressive towards their owners, they want to play at 3 a.m.? you better get up and play with them, they can be pets yes but they need a lot of attention and so are very time consuming.
