That’s the thing.
When you’re using a ouija board you aren’t talking to any spirit, you’re talking to Demons that are lying about being spirits. Just to mess with you and create a connection so they can do bad things to you.
i think they mean like a ghost that likes to talk/mess with people via an ouija board
